Bunny Soliloquy

Textile (quilted hand dyed cotton, embroidery), 59x44”, 2024

A full size double-sided quilt utilizing my range of bunnus minimus characters as symbols of Absurdist optimism, memorializing a moment where a bunny in a garden helped me realize all would be well. Embroidered on the backside is the reflective journal entry noting the never-stopping clock of nature, and the feeling that, in the face of this constant change, one begins to feel quite small—small enough to be held by all of it.
